The Better Business Bureau serving Southeast, Central & Western Kansas wants to make consumers aware of another Alarm system company selling door to door.
Pinnacle Security LLC, out of Utah has been approaching consumers telling them that Castle Rock Alarm System has gone out of business and they have taken over their accounts and need to switch out boxes. They also ask consumers for a voided check so they can start their billing withdrawals from the consumer’s checking account.
The BBB has confirmed through phone calls that Castle Rock is not out of business. If consumers have allowed Pinnacle access to their homes/businesses to switch out their alarm company & system equipment please contact the Better Business Bureau.
Pinnacle is not properly licensed in the City of Wichita to either sell or install their alarm systems.
